In the eight years I have been in business as a real estate virtual assistant and the first real estate virtual assistant I know what you are feeling and I also know what it takes to build a successful real estate virtual assistant business. I also built my business around my family, which has allowed me to be the mother and wife I needed to be, but to also have a sense of achievement in my professional life. And, I have never had to sacrifice either. I learned how to balance both and enjoy what I have been blessed with.
Being one of the co-founders of the International Real Estate Assistants Association, which was founded in 2004 and is growing daily, I saw a need for aspiring virtual assistants who needed someone who could help them start with a plan, help them implement that plan and achieve their goals as well as balance their personal life with their business life.
I offer you a mentoring program that emphasizes practical principles by designing a program that fits you and offers you the knowledge, skills and practices you need to add value to your virtual assistant business.
I have been truly blessed in my life to have a successful real estate virtual business, but the success did not happen overnight. I was focused as well as determined and by having these qualities I not only became successful in my professional life, but in my personal life. What a great accomplishment!
I have faced the same issues you could possibly be facing now or will in the future and I want to help you through or avoid these issues now so you can concentrate on being the very best virtual assistant you can be.
The rewards are phenomenal when you are self-employed! You are in control of your destiny and together we can achieve heights you never thought you could by learning who you really are and what qualities you have to offer.
So, what are you waiting for? Let’s get moving on bringing out your best qualities so you can turn those dreams into reality!
Once we get started there is no holding you back from what you can achieve as a virtual assistant!

Kim's Charities
Charities For years my family has been involved in various charities, but we have found the one's listed below to be our favorite. If you are looking to donate your time or money to a good cause, please consider these great organizations.
These are our local charities, but if you Google any of the below, I am sure you will find a chapter in your area. Our choose a charity that is located in your area to become involved with. Do it from the heart!
Getting the entire family involved is a great way to spend time together and help others. Teach your children to always help others. They will grow into wonderfully caring individuals and will carry on the tradition of helping those that can't always help themselves.
The East Texas Crisis Center is an organization that helps families who may have lost their home to a fire or other disaster. They provide food, clothing and furnishings. This organization is one that is extremely dedicated to helping those that are less fortunate than us and is always there to help the children.

The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.

I became involved with the CF Foundation several years ago, when a friend of mines daughter was born with the disease. Through careful research and generous donations the CF Foundation is getting closer to a cure everyday.
Heather McCoy was 26 years old when she lost her battle to CF. She left behind a mother, father, sister, brother and a young daughter. Heather was full of life and always had a smile on her face no matter what she was facing. She never complained and was just a joy to be around.
Heather was a true inspiration to everyone. Her family are such wonderful people and it is sad that there was not a cure found in time to save Heather's life, but with your help I am sure there will be a cure and because of your donation to this worthy cause we can save the children of the future from this disease.
Your support to find a cure is imperative, so please if you are going to support a charity look into the CF Foundation to see how you can help.
I have been associated with the below animal rescue organizations for many years, 20 to be exact. My family and I have a love for all animals. We currently have 4 dogs and 4 cats of our own and have rescued many of our furry friends since we have moved to Mineola. My entire family is known to stop on the side of the road to rescue an animal that some uncaring individual has dumped.
We hope that you share the same love we have for animals and the following organizations could always use your generous donation.

ARFhouse provides refuge and care for unwanted, abused, and/or physically challenged canines without regard to size, breed, temperament, age or physical disabilities. Most of the dogs are free to roam the 25 acre property and swim in one of the three ponds. The unsocialized dogs have large 30' by 60' yards with their own dog houses, and if possible, an animal companion with which they can get along.
